Crafted from mature 100% Blue Weber agave produced in Jalisco, Mexico with no additives. Blended on site at our Canton distillery, Forastera balances tradition with a modern touch. We honor time tested, artisanal methods that showcase true and expressive agave, while thoughtful blending highlights floral breadth and nuance. The result is a versatile spirit equally suited for slow sipping or building into your favorite cocktail.
NOSE: Hints of citrus and light florals layered with cooked agave and a fleeting touch of smoke.
PALATE: Honeyed herbs and white pepper lead into light smoke, stewed agave, and a soft, creamy vanilla sweetness.
FINISH: Citrus blossom and cracked pepper with a soft, rounded mouthfeel.
