This blend of magnesium sulfate, calcium citrate, and sodium chloride enhances the brightness and clarity in light roast coffees while promoting optimal extraction. Compatible with all brewing methods, from traditional drip machines to manual pour-over devices.
Our Brewing Recommendation: While each stick creates a 150ppm mineral concentration when added to a gallon of water, we recommend diluting further to 75ppm for optimal results. This is roughly the hardness of the water used in our cafes.
Standard Strength (150ppm): Add one mineral packet to one gallon of distilled or reverse osmosis water
Recommended Strength (75ppm): Add one mineral packet to two gallons of distilled or reverse osmosis water Mix thoroughly before use.
